Someone from Charter was supposed to call me at 1:00 but they didn't call so I called them back and they did the same thing, changed my password and I was able to get my email.
They told me since this should not be happening every week, they are going to call me within the next 72 hours, try to duplicate my situation and fix it. Do you still think I should run Keychain first aid from the
KeychainAccess.app and delete all Charter passwords from Keychain and re-entering them in Mail?
