Welcome to TS Smokin'78...

That is one FINE 'Vette you have there!
Not a bad looking "Family Car" either or "Grocery Getter" as we called 'em...

The inspiration for this graphic that I did in Bryce 4 was absolutely and completely due to a Black on Tan 1989 Trans Am I had once... remembering the mountain roads in B.C. and the windy little roads around Portland, Oregon...

http://www.pbase.com/image/4441514

Yeah, I know... no 'Vette... but it weren't no ordinary '89 TA either... all the bells and whistles of the top model 1989 GTA Trans Am... 5.7 Tuned Port Engine, WS6 handling, upgraded stereo... etc.

Thanks for bringing back some wonderful even if dangerous memories...

Sorry I don't know a thing about OS X...      Still running and enjoying OS9.1

beacher - It's been one long, cold winter here. Way more than average below zero nights. March is finally here,  scooter season can't be far off. New Vance & Hines pipes this year, now she sounds like a Harley!

This is the new addition to our family, http://www.pbase.com/image/13801937 , my brother's Butler Cobra.  One of my kids is in the passenger seat, and there is no room for my husband(or the dog).
I haven't had my test drive yet, as I am a bit afraid of driving it.  I will give it a whirl after the snow goes away.
I had to show it to you people who know about nice cars.

Hi Jim,  More snow that Cape Cod has had in 20+ years.    Here is the day of delivery.  http://members3.clubphoto.com/jane243350/1...298/guest.phtml  My grandson (2 1/2 yrs) loves to sit in the drivers seat, I must get a good photo.

Smokin78, oh dang, I thought you were already using OS X (Jaguar).  Glad things are running better so far.

Roger, a ricer or ricer mobile is a slang for those import cars that all the youngins' are trying to fix up now a days.  Some are quite fast, but for the most part the kids just like to act.

Fast ricer (436k)

See all the cool graphics, it makes their cars so much faster.

Oh my jcarter,      that's a beautiful Cobra.  I would wait too until the snow clears to test drive it.
