"Low Power" Laptop Memory, CoolRAM?

I keep seeing an ad by a company called Legacy Electronics, Inc., which claims to have laptop SODIMM memory modules which use 30-50% less power, reducing heat and extending battery life.

The memory modules carry the brand name "CoolRAM".

Does anyone know if this claim is even remotely legit?
