This is during a very special funeral ceremony for a famous cardiologist.
There are many of his medical colleagues attending the ceremony.
For the circumstance, the entrance to the funeral vault was adorned by a large
6 foot high heart made with red roses, with the casket placed in front of it.
After the ceremonial sermon and last farewells, the gigantic heart opened,
the casket pushed inside, and then the heart closed on itself. A very dramatic scene.
Everybody is silent and most respectful. All of a sudden one of the guests started to laugh. His neighbor tersely tells him to have more respect.
“Shuss…! Why are you laughing like that?.” He asked.
“I’m thinking about my own funeral” says the laughter.
“So…” says the offended guest. “I don’t see anything funny about that.”
“Oh yes!” says the laughter. “I’m a gynecologist!”
