Hey!!

The man likes beer.

He's got a twisted sense of humour (humor  wink.gif ).

He does Linux as well.

He uses Macs.

Were we twins separated at birth?  biggrin.gif

Happy Birthday Mate (brother?  biggrin.gif )

This is where I should've gone for my birthday (bad timing):

Giant Mantis Attacks Prague!  It works great with my big Logitech Marblemouse for scrolling it around like a rollercoaster!

Oh, thanks Dick for the "poe-em" as it reminded me of the one's that my Dad would do for special occasions!   notworthy.gif

Go too fast and you could make yourself seasick with that one...

Happy Birthday, Gunug! May your Mac problems today all go away...and may the PCs utter nary a peep!

Hot Dogs and pumpernickel.
Hold the ham with rye.
Grab your cap and baseball bat,
We really have to fly.

Have a grand birthday, Gunug.

Wishing you all the best on your 51st year, with wishes for many more years of fun and frivolity ahead.

kimmer's reply and your food of choice reminded me of the best place in the US for any kind of 'dog'. Don't know their still open, but the next time you go to Portland, OR, look for "Good Dog, Bad Dog" in the downltown area, not too far south of Powell's Bookstore. Tell 'em I sent you! They'll probably burn your 'dog/brat'! flower-smilie.gif

Lorraine: I didn't know about the volcano but I did know it means something out there somewhere:

Gunug Sari is a dance in Bali!  My use of it stems from a little philosophical campaign my friends and I did to protest the plastering of our college campus in the 1970's with posters of Guru Maharaji (sp?) and we made our own posters that featured me sitting cross legged in strange far eastern garb, a baseball cap, a cheeseburger and an orb.  The caption read: "Gunu Guano says: A cheeseburger in and of itself has no meaning!" The posters, theirs and ours, all disappeared overnight, never to reappear; probably the guys in facilities operations!  My friend said, at the time that Gunug meant wise teacher or something like that; and I aspire to that occasionally.  My younger son has an email address that features: teacherguano!  This has gotten him in trouble when he emails teachers!

Question:
  1. Which was larger: the cheesburger or the orb?
Observation:
  1. A baseball cap??? You jest, of course?  Surprise, surprise!

You're welcome for the ditty.
