Lots of photos/files/data on lots of CD's and DVD's

Well, question in the title really.

I have lots of cd's and dvd's with lots of data, photos, files etc on them.

I need an easy method to find whatever I want doing an instant search without necessarily ferreting through all my cd's/dvd's trying to read my scrawl on the outside and then having to put it into the iBook, have a look, eject it and find another.

Is there a good app out there that could do this?  and include thumbnails of my photos too!

I have CD Finder and like it.

Here's a slightly biased (put together by the cdfinder guy - ) page that compares cataloging software on the *mac*. It at least gives you the names of all the stuff available.

downloaded demo version but I can't make it do thumbnails of the photos.

Anything out there that does that too?  Or is it too much to ask?
