I've seen a few buildings with a floor (story) that rotates - we have one here at the Hyatt, a restaurant - but the whole tower! That's impressive!
I just skimmed the article. I wonder if they will capture any energy to run the air conditioning system???

True, true, but the US built Nuke plants back when we ran on 80% domestic oil as well. Other nations are following suit.

They seem to have the panel capacity.
