Some improvements for "old" macs!

Improved cup and sandwich holder:

Hey, someone stole my idea!

That first picture of the snack shelf over the keyboard is similar to something I made. Mine is out of wood on the ends and a 1/4" board that extends over the entire Apple Extended II keyboard. It isn't see-through so I have to use touch typing but it totally protects it from dirt. I don't put any drinks on it but use it for dinner, having snacks or writing on a pad when needed.

Will post a picture when I have time.  smile.gif

I made a mousepad "shelf" to go over the end of an extended keyboard since I didn't use the number pad that much anyway. Plus, the keyboard was on a pull out tray, and reaching for the mouse up on the desk was a strain. My "shelf" was made from my kids' old set of legos! It got lost in my move from one office to another. Now I have a pull out with enough room for keyboard and mouse.

OK, here's my work/snack shelf over my Apple extended keyboard attached to my DA. The one you see by the monitor is connected to my 9600.

[attachment=248:attachment]

Here is it flipped up to reveal the keyboard, though I usually leave it down and type with hands underneath.

Oh, Jack; I'm not ignoring you but hoping I bookmarked it somewhere; both pictures are from the same place but I copied them into my Flickr so I wouldn't get that darn IPB message.  Well I know I bookmarked it; just not on this system.
