I haven't really tried them out yet; just had a look around after registering, but clearly Transmedia are hoping they'll have a serious challenger to both other online apps (like Google's) and locally-based applications like MS Office etc.

Works with PC, Mac, Linux, Blackberries and a bunch of other smartphones and phones (iPhone? Who knows...)
Still beta, but they have a free version, so worth having a peek if you're curious or want to try an online collaborative project.
