Setting to show signature by default
« on: June 29, 2007, 01:18:11 PM »
I'm having to remember to click 'show signature' each time I post. I'm certain there is a pref that will set it to show by default but I'm beggared if I can find it. A pointer in the right direction would be much appreciated... Using TS default skin.

TIA
Neil

There is a CP to choose on or off, Jen set it to default off, I thought is was going to be ON?
I could change it but I'll wait and hear her reasoning first, it may change in the next few days. wink.gif

It's on by default in quick reply, and off by default in full reply.  Kris has to change it, it's not a admincp function, it's in the skins.

I've figured ut how to change it, and TS Default is now changed.  Will work on the rest after vacation.

Ah, this was one of those things someone complained about so I went into each skin and edited the html to make it off by default in the regular reply box. I was unable to change it in the Fast reply so it stayed on. Then it was brought up that no, it should be on but we kind of decided to wait to see if anyone really cared...

So I'll take care of it later this AM, it takes a while.

Jennie, enjoy your time off.  smile.gif

Thanks. Though I was not one to bring it up, I noticed it.

I like it on by default. smile.gif
Ya gotta applaud those bunnies for sacrificing their hearing just so some guy in Cupertino can have better TV reception.
