I had received the (2) $20 checks for our two SP820 printers a couple of months ago.
Day before yesterday I noticed I was getting low on colored ink carts in the cabinet. Loaded the last one in the printer.
And decided to claim the bounty from the Settlement and logged onto
www.epsonstore.com.
Had to quit firefox since I lock it up pretty tight.
So I launched Safari. Signing up for the carts was a piece of cake. I ordered the carts with no problems. Cost me $4 and some change each including shipping.
AND the carts arrived this morning via FedEx.
Not bad service!
Now I have to learn not to get upset everytime I have to clean the printheads. It just plainly ticks me off that both carts in the printer have to be simultaneously "cleaned".
And between prints on occasion it decides it's time to automatically clean the heads even tho the printer has been working fine.
Get over it Jack! At least I have two brand new color carts.
