I'm trying to research completed auctions but I cannot seem to bring up anything before 1/1/08... Any eBayers out there who can assist me?

Completed auctions only go back a short time.  I don't know what you are searching for, but if it's an item which had a tremendous number of auctions, the time frame is even shorter.

Thanks for the info. Rats! There aren't enough completed auctions for the item I am considering selling to get a handle on what I should ask for it...

I just did an eBay Advanced Search for a popular item. The Start dates went back to only 28 Dec 07.

What do you want to sell? Maybe TSers can give you some insight to a recommended price.
Cheers, Tom

Welll, it's a Parker Fly Deluxe, and it isn't used to catch flies (insects or balls...); it is an electric guitar...

I sent a private message to Chris; me thinks that he may be up on online used guitar resources.
