Presumably this is the least of today's worries about Safari though! tongue.gif

I guess PC users read those EULA's more than I do. If it can be loaded and run on my machine and I want to do that, I do. Has anyone ever read a EULA that says you can copy/duplicate/reverse engineer/sell and package on your own/do anything you can think of to destroy the brand/etc. without bothering us or our lawyers?

"Silly?" Seems like a misstep by the final software 'inspectors' not realizing the EULA/Licence only mentioned "Apple." Looks/sounds like the standard Apple text to me. What is the problem? dntknw.gif I agree it makes them look sloppy and careless but "silly?" That usually means irreverent, illogical, childish, even humorous in a grade school way. Like calling Microsoft "Innovative!" laugh.gif Must be a slow news day... rolleyes.gif
