Anyone own an Edison Phonograph Disc Player?
« on: April 02, 2008, 03:05:53 AM »
My Sis-in-law and her husband have the old family model quite similar to the one in the attached picture and I wondered if anyone at TS has knowledge of these and a good source for parts!  I know that there are countless websites about this but I'm looking for personal experiences about who it is good to go to!  Thanks!

Your picture brings back memories. My great grandfather had one of the Edison music players that used cylinders. As a young boy I was fascinated by the technology and I enjoyed making it play by turning the hand crank.
Cheers, Tom
