Meanwhile, they make you pay for meals, luggage etc.
(Of course, Air Canada has been making you pay for meals for the past three years on flights within North America, so I guess they were trend-setters.
)

And, according to what I just read, if you have a
new
iPhone, you can take advantage of the hi-fli wi-fi without running afoul of FAA regulations.
