Seems some of the new MacBooks and MacBook Pro models can use up to 6GB! This <TidBITS article> explains how to find out, what type DIMM you need and what will happen if you call Apple for support! smile.gif

Thanks for the article. Except the 4GB DDR3 RAM is out of my budget at this stage.
