App/Utility to monitor Internet activity

I am looking for a Freeware/Shareware program that will allow me to view a summary of all outgoing/incoming 'net traffic involving my Mac - I imagine a window displaying the programs currently running that are communicating w/ internet servers and status info about the various 'interactions' taking place.

For example, this is the kind of data I'm interested in seeing:

I checked at Pure-Mac and did not find anything suitable before I ran out of attention span/patience; I've had similar experiences wading through the lists of offerings at Apple.com.

Anybunny know of something that will provide what I want?

The closest thing that I could find is LittleSnitch if you activate its Network Monitor. But as far as I can tell it doesn't show how much time it took to accomplish a network task.  I recall seeing something similar to what you describe but I cannot remember the context...

Kbear, how about ProteMac Meter? It's $30 but after a quick look at what it does I think that it might meet your requirements...

Mayo, thanks for that suggestion.  I d/l'd limited demos of their various apps/utilities, and played around with Meter.  It seemed to show some of the types of info I'd like to see, but not in a useful display/format.

I tried to install the app to test it and got a corrupted installation message... It was a hassle to uninstall it; I wasted around thirty minutes total.

I'm going to pass on it...
