Great, assuming that missing image shows 250 GB of disk space and 8GB of RAM!!!

Pauline, if the issue returns.... lOOk at which applications are open and how much memory they're using. Try not to run too many at once and hit George up for a techtool pro...or....a diskwarrior DVD which will line-up other ducks in a row. FYI Fonts can disrupt bitmaps.
