Powermac Digital audio...2 monitors?

Have a monitor connected to VGA  for my DA...tryed to connect a studio apple display to the ADC port.
After rebooting the mac  boot to the Studio Apple Display but the other monitor stays black

In monitor preference only the apple display is shown

Is it no possible to use both..?

What video card do you have installed on the DA? It may not support dual monitors.

Seems doesn' t support two monitors, (just need a screen copy) .

An ADC  to VGA adapter would be ok? ( but seems hard to find), another  vidéo card?
Another solution would be to swap the vidéo cards between the MDD and the DA...but don't know if it's possible?

If the MDD has the ATI Radeon 9000, then yes, it will work in the DA.
Not sure how well the 128 Rage will work in the MDD...

Keep in mind that you also have the option of adding a PCI video card in the DA in addition to the AGP slot card. However it will not be able to take advantage of Quartz Extreme, etc.

Yes, but do you already have one?  They are not available any more and the only one I could find for sale (eBay) was $350 (US)!

You'd be better off getting a newer video card or even finding an old Apple Studio Display that could connect to the ADC.

You' re right at this price i sure better buy a vidéo card or monitor...

Waiting to find an ADC  to VGA  cable at a reasonable price
