Thanks for the instruction Sandbox, I didn't know Bugatti made guitars!  Did it look like this or are there different models?

just buy an extra finger wink.gif

Gunug I didn't know they did either, it didn't look like that it was framed in whale bone and mother of pearle

The man had a collection of "far out" instruments in his house, but the guitar caught my eye from across the room. I taught I was seeing things. I counted over and over from 20 feet away and alway came up with 7 strings. When I walked closer, sure enough it was seven. wink.gif

What, me confused??? jawdrop.gif

I do play a 12-String... but that extra A on the bottom of the 7-String must be fun!!! 7-String guitars are actually not that rare, there are several musicians like Lenny Breau who played similar guitars, don't know if the tuning was the same...

And, yeah, my hands are fairly small for a guitarist, so buying an extra finger might do the trick! harhar.gif

I'd still like to get to pluck it someday, short fingers or not!

Just a dumb guitar player...

Actually the extra A was on the top plucking with my right hand. I was told that they are popular in Russia.

Don't quote me but I was told that the Bugatti was just a promotional item for custom made cars. That they were made to the same standard. The guitar was a fine piece of workmanship and perfect @100 years.
