They must have sold out. I was unable to locate the refurb ipod even after following the tril to the end.

You'd have had to been there but 3 people I know in Topeka / KC area picked up better deals on 5Gig and 10Gig "closeouts". . .but they all knew one guy who worked at Best Buy and gave them the "heads up"!
