Hi there

Anyone with a solution to the Red Crosses problem?!

When PC users send me Word files, the figures often show as red crosses. I do not have the Show image placeholders option selected in preferences. Some red crosses can be double-clicked to show the linked Excel spreadsheet, but many red crosses do not appear to be linked. Insufficient memory is not the problem.

EndNote CAYW files appeared the culprits, well... at least deleting them from the Word startup folder solves the problem. Looks like another Microsoft muck-up.
