Has a settlement been reached?

I filed my paperwork on Dec.31, 2007.

I moved 10 months ago.

What now???

Unfortunately it would appear that you have to live in the US in order to benefit from the settlement...Of course, I DID live in the US when I bought the 4 Seagate drives, but oh well. For $23, I'm hardly going to start kicking up a fuss.

I always thought that this lawsuit was utterly ludicrous - the sort of thing that gives lawyers a really bad name.
