To change the icon size:
GO To "VIEW" from the menu bar. At the bottom — de-select "Small Mailbox Icons"
The View menu is very handy — spend some time familiarizing yourself with it.
That works for the
side bar icons (the various mailboxes), but it does
not adjust the icons on the
toolbar, which is what Frances was having problems viewing.

Ok, first question.
How do you make the icons in Mail (such as Delete, Junk, etc) bigger. They are tiny wee with small wee writing underneath barely readable. I have managed to make the rest bigger, it is just the piddly little icons and descriptions underneath that are the problem.
The solution for that is to adjust screen resolution.
All menu's are handy, but all of us need a pointer now and then.
