Downloading on Airport Extreme
« on: June 21, 2003, 11:17:32 AM »
I've been running Airport Extreme on my iBook G3 and OS 10.2.6(using the normal Airport card). At first I had no trouble with it at all.  It's really working very nicely except for the downloading issue. In just the last week or so I try to download something and it returns me to the page I was working from and nothing shows on the download window at all wallbash.gif I've checked everything that I know how to check as far as protocals, etc., but nothing seems to work. Maybe one of our more intelligent members knows whats going on. biggrin.gif

I use IE, Opera and Safari. It doesn't seem to make any difference. I am on a DSL line from Verizon.

What happens if you connect directly to the DSL Modem, without Airport? smile.gif

As to whether a direct connection makes any difference or not, it does. Thanks for the tip. I'll give the Apple doc a try. thanx.gif
