It's hard to justify earning less than 1% on 100+ billion in bank accounts. They really can't defend keeping that much cash without creating more ROI. might as well give some back the shareholders. Maybe then the stock price can go up if investors see some benefit to owning it. rolleyes.gif laughhard.gif
