What did you get from a Google search?
How about from an email to the developer (be sure to tell him the Mac/Hard Drive details as well as the version of AppleJack you are using)? Since he wrote the app, and coded the message, he would probably know exactly what it means.
On second thought, that may actually be a message from the OS Kernel...
