I don't see any URL in that, just a couple of email addresses. That looks like the Header with an image stuck in it!
Also, please edit out your email address, it's shown in several places. When I asked you to look in the raw source, I should have said "the body of the message" the header doesn't (normally) have anything of value for what i was looking for.

bolded) that I was looking for. They often include information about your ID/Username/Registration info at the site they send you to. It often is in plain English, right after a "?" in the URL. That info may be in that header, somewhere, but without knowing what it should be, I don't know. Plus, I don't see how it is being sent with your link usage, assuming there is nothing in the body that even looks like a link.
