I'm running OS 9.1 on a souped-up beige G3 DT (400 MHz zif, 768 MB RAM, 120 GB HD) and switched to OE 5.0.6 in Feb, after having used Netscape Messenger as my email client since The Beginning of Time...
I'm mostly very happy with OE, but there are a few annoying aspects to its interface that I would change if I could:
* re-arrange the buttons in the toolbar
* color the mail folder icons (or add custom icons) so that they're
easier to recognize and organize the way I want
* increase the number of 'recent folders' that appear in the drop-down Move To Folder list
* have the 'recent folders' that appear in the drop-down Move To
Folder list remain in a fixed order (alphabetically sorted?) rather
than changing position according to some obscure logic
If you know of ways that I can accomplish these things, from within OE or using a 3rd-party tool, please enlighten me or point me to some resources through which I could enlighten mice-elf!
