I'm celebrating by watering my roof and cars down for when the people who are going to set off fireworks illegally do so in my neighborhood. Before I heard the first bang of the day I watched this episode of the History Detectives that talks, amongst other things, about how the reason the "Star-Spangled Banner" sounds like the melody was done by a committee is because it was:
