Apple has released updates for its supported Safari browser versions, that address some critical bugs in WebKit which could allow attackers to crash the browser and execute unauthorized code.
You should see it in your MAS icon. Update is for OS X
Lion v10.7.5, OS X Lion Server v10.7.5, OS X
Mountain Lion v10.8.5, and OS X
Mavericks v10.9.4. I believe the last update to 7.0.5 was to address similar problems!
Always wise to make sure you have a bootable back up before updating critical apps, of course...
