A shout-out to all first responders. I am three months short of turning 90, and even though I try to exercise daily inside the house I am losing muscle tone. Yesterday I thought some fresh air and sunshine might be good for me, so I took a short walk. I was almost back home when a gust of wind caused me to lose my balance. I let myself down gently to the pavement to keep from falling, then found that I was too weak to get back up. I called 911; they sent two policemen who helped me up and escorted me back to the house. First responders deserve our praise, especially in these crazy times.

"Front-line" virus fighters have been mentioned many places. Kudos to other essential industries, also. One definitely essential group I have heard mentioned not once: Railroads. :thumbup: Trucks usually get your stuff to the local store, but how do you think it gets to the regional warehouses? They even deliver aircraft bodies to Seattle!!

This is good news and nothing to do with the virus but it is very humbling.
