Setting Startup/Shutdown Times After Ventura

Many may never want/need to change these times. Apple made it easy in all the OS' before Ventura. Then someone decided we should use a third-party app or Terminal to do that.

Third-party app (there may be others): Onyx

Terminal commands (Most mention Ventura but the instructions still apply to Sonoma and Sequoia):
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system

I have read that TinkerTool System will do this as well.
