By running through some of todays opening season game scores.
Had to take a quick glance again.
Nope. They're not posting lop-sided basketball scores.

No kidding! The score probably would have been closer if the Bears had missed their flight to S.F.

Hey Sandbox, your Bucs looked great! They really picked up where they left off. It'll be interesting to see if they can keep that pace through the year. Great job! Gruden is really an amazing coach. (I remember watching him here in Philly the first year he was an offensive coordinator here. You'd have though he was the head coach, and not the coordinator the way he ran practice.)

My team on the other hand, well let's just say that they must have been so impressed with how well we did in January that we kept the same offensive game plan.  upset.gif

Yo Bill! You didn't need to wait 24 hours--I needed to get this out of my system early and move on. Fortunately, it's very early in a long season. (Of course, the way we played last night, it could be a very long season.  wink.gif )

Kind of a boring Game though. smile.gif

Both have good Defenses.

Bucs look ready to defend the title but they have a killer schedule. smile.gif

Hey Rob, I expected them to win, but not like that, lots of luck and close calls. As always they're slow starters, in the past they wouldn’t wake up until the 4th quarter. The Shelton Quarrels injury had me concerned but Webster did a fine job, as did Neise and Thomas Jones, a good show for backups and starters.

I agree Kelly it was kinda a boring game but that’s Buc Ball, they lean heavy on defense and pound the yard with short passes and runs. Johnson’s a good quarterback but doesn’t have or maybe doesn’t want to use a long arm. He can’t run so he’s a pocket player that depends totally on his line to make plays, which explains the quick passes and short mileage runs.

Hey Joe, the RayJay will be a good party, unfortunately I won’t be making it either, some time this year though! wink.gif

Here's some entertainment.  B)
