Our Mission

We are a group of volunteers committed to providing free tech support. We believe in the "free spirit" of the internet, in every sense of the phrase.

We believe we should:

help each other for “free”
be "free" to express ourselves
be "free" to engage in friendly interaction with each other.

We created this bulletin board as refugees from elsewhere where the bulletin board's owners changed outlook and purpose, eliminating the camaraderie and stifling its soul in one fell overnight swoop. But, like the proverbial phoenix, we have arisen renewed out of the ashes and now consider ourselves "tech survivors."

We focus on Apple Macintosh hardware and software technical issues. However we have many members who also use Windows and Linux so we can answer questions in many categories. At the very least we will try to advise you of where you might find a solution if not here.

We hope you will think of this bulletin board as your "home away from home," as well as a place to ask, and receive answers to your computer/tech hardware and software related questions.
