How to get an Adobe Agent to call back?

Been trying for days to get my three Adobe CS6 apps re-activated from my old iMac to my new iMac. OS10.14.3. When I tried, I was only able to get a 30 day trial offer for all three apps.  :mad:
So, I texted with an Adobe agent who used Remote Support to enter my iMac and tried to reinstall Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CS6.  He couldn't get it to work. We arranged a call back time to try again. No one called.
Texted to another AGENT yesterday who gave me another call back time today. No one called again. Each time I sit by my phone for hours waiting.
Today, when I tried to text the AGENT the third time, the chat window wouldn't even open up saying I did not have a subscription. I am a retired graphic designer and do not want or need a monthly subscription.
Finally reached another AGENT who gave me a phone number to call for Canada. I think I reached India(?).  When I spoke to her, she assured me they would call me back in 24 hours, for the fourth time! Do I believe these people at all?
I HOPE muchly they will call tomorrow, but I'm getting desperate. :-(
Is there a secret to find an AGENT who can help me resolve this issue once and for all?

After 4 attempts and call back times, they finally called! Just as I was leaving my house. She gave me a number to call and a case #. They said they take calls 24/7. So I called today. Phone Message says their office is open Mon to Fri.  :wallbash: :wallbash:

FINALLY... and for the record...

Well, after days of trying, calling, leaving messages and promises that Adobe would call back at such and such a time, I finally did get Adobe to call back.  :clap: Had a great hour phone help chat with someone in India! Nice guy. He used Remote Support to access my iMac and deleted ALL Adobe files and there were many. Some I would never have found or known about. Then he downloaded those three CS6 apps and initialized them. He said they would all be working now.

BUT, when I launched the apps the first time, it said I have to activate them and need to get a Response Code. But it said I was not connected to the internet.!? I tried calling Adobe again and left messages. No call back.

I went to Adobe Problem Solving and found the solution. Everything is working now!  :clap: Not sure how long I will be able to use CS6 apps, so have started trying to learn Affinity apps and hope to glean off Adobe. I will not pay for a monthly subscription service for ever.

I still have some other issues with the migration to my new iMac with font conflicts. Working on that now. There is hope! :-)

My apologies for the delay to finish this. Stuff happens!  :D
At first, I did try to contact Adobe several times with no result. And searched on their Support Forums. Then I found a procedure on one forum what to do that worked. I was finally able to talk to a LIVE agent!...
Simply go to their Chat Forum on the topic of concern and type in "AGENT".  A live person chats back instead of an AI answer.

After explaining my situation that I need to move my CS6 apps to another iMac, they texted advice which did not work. We started a Case Number, and said they would call me back the next day. We did that twice over a week and no call was every received. Sat by the damn phone for hours waiting for the call back.  :mad:

Then, another tip was to call one of the 1-800 numbers for Canada and a live person showed up. We arranged a call back time the next day. I was skeptical, but FINALLY a person in India did called. He worked virtually on my iMac for an hour deleting ALL Adobe C6 files and installing new same ones. I had to provide serial numbers and enter certain passwords on my end. We had a nice chat about Covid in India and his experience working for Adobe.  :thumbup:

I thought I had it all working when I hung up the phone. Not! Aargh! The next day the same CS6 apps said they were only on a 30 day trial period and they needed to be validated.  :whoosh: I did some more research and was able to validate them. They are now working on my new iMac perfectly! Whew!

It took a week to work through all this, but finally I have a few years of grace. I am now studying the AFFINITY apps to eventually convert from Adobe. I will not subscribe to Adobe's Creative Cloud monthly subscription service. It's costly and provides other headaches if you are a part timer or semi retired like me.  :happy:
