Well, it's a little late, we didn't know you were going to be drilling holes in the floor. We could have told you to use only a square bit for doing that - makes it a lot easier to get those ethernet plugs thru there!
BTW, did you put some duct tape around the wiring to help cover the holes? That finishing touch is what sets a professionally done project off, you know! I always hammer in some long skinny nails along any cable run along and down a wall. Just drive them in enough to hold, then give them a good whack on their side to make them fold over and hold the cable in place!
