Apart from the corruption issue - a big one with Rev 1 B&W's, so do check it out - a retail drive does come with the cable (never seen one come with a sled, Kelly - certainly not the last few I've purchased!). You probably don't need that cable however, as most ATA cables have another connector already. ($50 for a cable seems a tad expensive - they sell for less than $5 online... ) And that's if you're planning on putting in two drives. If you're simply replacing the drive that is already there, then it is even more of a moot point. However, two connectors are handy if only to temporarily connect both drives and transfer documents and files. You should have a peek inside the B&W and check the existing cable and whether or not you need another drive sled if you do intend to leave two drives in there. The Sawtooth G4's have a double decker drive sled, (so no need for another sled) but I'm not sure about the B&W. Also, if you're only planning on connecting two drives for the purposes of transferring files, I wouldn't worry about a sled - you're not planning on leaving it in there permanently, so it can sit in there "loose".
